BerMyDeals Brings Daily Deals to Bermuda

Deals can be found all over the world, and now the gorgeous island of Bermuda has its own dedicated daily deals program.

Bermydeals.bm Launched in May 2011 and offers an increasing amount of daily deals for Bermuda’s residents and resort visitors. Local entrepreneur and professional modal Rachel Sawden saw potential in Bermuda’s technical innovators and thought a daily deals program would be a perfect fit for the island nation.  Taking into consideration Bermuda’s high cost of living, a daily deal site seems like a great idea for residents and tourists alike.

Sawden maintains that Bermydeals offers a unique platform that markets, sells and takes payments or businesses in Bermuda.

“Businesses can advertise, reach clients, gain sales and receive a cheque using our platform. It’s ideal for startup businesses or those who do not have websites. We are providing a secure online payment gateway. Our merchants recognize that”.

One of Sawden’s target markets is the more than 500,000 tourists who visit the island ever year. If you book a trip to the island, you can sign up with Bermydeals ahead of time and plan on saving money before you even get there. Bermydeals is already experiencing an increasing amount of purchases from overseas, including Canada, the US and the UK, providing international customers with tropical savings.
