Local Corporation Launches Mobile Features for Exact Match

It’s a big week for Local Corporation. The local online media company announced that it’s reached a record mobile traffic milestone on its main site and network, and announced the launch of updated mobile features for its Exact Match suite for small and medium sized businesses.

Officials say that mobile visits now represent over 11 percent of total traffic to Local.com’s consumer properties, a record and up from nearly 4 percent from a year ago. In January, the company released an updated and optimized, mobile version of its flagship local search site.

Updates to mobile features for small and medium sized business clients through Exact Match solutions include:

  • the ability to add YouTube(TM) videos to their mobile site
  • the ability to add customer testimonials to their mobile site
  • additional mobile photo viewing and special offers related features and functionality

n  the ability to activate Foursquare(R) and LinkedIn(R) check-ins on their mobile site
