OverChicago: Interactive 3-D maps and Daily Deals. Too Cool!

Now, THIS is pretty flippin’ cool concept. It’s like Google Earth meets daily deals.

OverChicago offers a completely new spin on daily deal location. The new site offers crystal clear aerial views over the windy city and 360 degree tours of its daily deal merchants businesses. OverChicago is the first site of its kind and it’s a truly innovative way to find out location and become familiar with businesses before you even purchase the deal. It brings a new meaning to ‘interactive’.

Every deal listing that OverChicago  has, offers 3-D interior imagery that gives the buyer an interior view of every store, restaurant or attraction that offers a deal. All the photos are completely interactive, making each potential purchase more attractive for deal seekers.

On their website, maps are adaptable and fully able to be manipulated, allowing viewers to zoom, scroll and rotate any part of the city they wish, with views stretching as far north as the Chicago Botanic Garden, and as far south as the University of Chicago. Numerous important attractions and businesses are already available on the website. (I tried it, it’s pretty stinkin’ awesome!)
