GramercyOne’s “GoSuite” Simplifies Cloud-Based Scheduling, Marketing and E-Commerce

GoSuite consist of two main products: GoBook, a cloud-based premium scheduling product and GoPromote, another could-based product designed for merchants to easily manage their own marketing on a wide variety of transaction, paralytics and media mediums. Josh McCarter, CEO of GramercyOne, elaborated on the idea and need for GoSuite as inspiration from the demands of current clients and the realization that merchants are currently using “An unprecedented number of channels,” as well as more tools.

GoBook, a seemingly upgraded version of previous GramercyOne booking products, combines customers to merchant appointment books and merchants to their own appointment book dashboard. Merchants can customize their could-based appointment book to align with the look and needs of their business to attract customers and encourage online booking, saving both time and money for the merchant. Customers can book or update reservations and personal information for merchants online via computer, mobile devices and even on Facebook.

Merchants on the other hand, are provided with a perfectly synched dashboard, which calculates personalized paralytics such as their top services and most preferred time slots, as well as revenue statistics including overall appointments, new clients and total revenue for customer date ranges. All information may be exported in to excel or pdf files and is stored securely on GramercyOne’s could-platform.

GoPromote allows merchants easily run and manage, their own marketing agenda in the digital realm. Merchants can quickly set-up deals without a need for publishers, beyond the internet, their own social networks and mailing list, saving massive amounts of money by avoiding notoriously-high publisher cuts and fees. Specials are social-friendly, with about one-third of each special containing a ‘share’ section to email, tweet or like a deal.

Through an advanced tracking system, merchants are able to track exactly where and when customers are obtaining or requesting deals, as well as capture specific demographics on each individual.  The GoPromote merchant dashboard provides easy-to-read graphics and statics to compare customer acquisition channels and make solid judgments pertaining to where and when upcoming specials should be run for top ROI.

Josh McCarter explained wide gap the company saw in current systems of appointment scheduling and marketing data.
