SpotProperty Sets Out To Be First Daily Deal Website For Home Buying

DDM3Buying a home on a budget? SpotProperty is the first daily deal site for those who are seeking a new house. The deal site searches through millions of homes on the housing market to identify the best deals in a local market and send out the information via e-mail to interested users. SpotProperty focuses on homes that are priced at least 10 percent below market value.

The daily deal website for homes, a subsidiary of Movoto.com, uses a “patent-pending DealSpotter” algorithm that selects multiple listings and compares homes that are on the market to similar homes nearby, including those that were recently sold.
