The retail technology industry leader, Retail Pro International announced yesterday that Kerry Lemos, the current CEO, has attained all rights for assets and brand as of January 1, 2013 through a buyout funded by Lemos and the Silicon Valley Bank.
The 25 year old company is a global leader in flexible omni-channel retail management solutions, but according to a recent press release by the company, in its the last 4 years, under the guidance of current leadership, Retail Pro® has reestablished itself globally as a preferred solution for retailers committed to their businesses and customers.
