On day one of the Daily Deal Media Conference, Joe Walker of  Martin Jay Digital, Daily Deal Media Founder and CEO Boyan Josic, Chicago Now Network blogger and lawyer GIanna Scatchell, Edelson Partner of Edelson, McGuire and David Almeida, Partner, Sedgwick, LLP came together to discuss the legal landscape of the daily deals industry. The panel debated a number of legal issues including class action suits and arbitration clauses.
