Investment Group looking for Daily Deal companies interested in exploring Roll-up

An investment group has been formed with plans to consolidate some of the smaller startups in the daily deal space.   They are primarily looking for early stage companies that ideally meet some or all of the following criteria:

  • Live and operational in 1-2 markets
  • A strong local presence in their current market(s)
  • Companies that may be struggling with growth and expansion and may be seeking funding
  • Executives specializing in operational management who would like to join forces with a growing, well funded team.
