Kolektiva, a revolutionary and market-leading daily deal site is celebrating their third anniversary this week, cementing the site as a daily deal contender in Central and Eastern Europe. The site’s first launched January 22, 2010 with an offer for 50% off pizza, pasta and wine at Vapiano, which is similar to American’s Olive Garden and offers casual dining in an Italian style atmosphere. The offer reached out to over 2,000 potential buyers and raked in 42 promotion purchasers by the deal’s end.

Facebook has pumped up their efforts to break into new territories and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) are proving to be a profitable move for the social media giant.
